It was one of the Water Growth Unit's mandates to integrate the water business across all regions, minimizing the silos in operations and promoting growth. To achieve this desired integration, the Water Growth Unit leverages specific individuals to work at a global scale.

To boost integration, and engagement and ultimately promote transformational growth in their water business, Blake provided strategic solutions for the Water Growth Unit, focusing on key deliverables that included:

  • Global Water Market Assessment. 

  • Build a Capability Matrix of water talent across the globe. 

  • Create a network of professionals in practice and sub-practice areas. 

  • Create communities of practice (CoP) monthly calls to promote engagement and knowledge sharing amongst employees across the globe. 

  • Support marketing campaigns, and create sales elevator pitches for key markets and key market assessments. 

  • Create content for internal engagement and knowledge promotion. 

  • Create and/or identify venture ideas that can be brought to the Water Growth Unit and Venture Board.
